Fundraising Events for the Autumn

Announcing the details of the forthcoming events to replace the Fun Day and make use of the activities we had planned. The loss of the Fun Day for the 2^nd consecutive year is a huge financial blow to the Club ( as well as extremely demoralising for the organisers!), and our aim is to replace some of this fund-raising over several smaller events.

Sunday 4^th October   10am-4pm  Bashley Clubhouse

The Autumn Fayre will take place within the clubhouse from 10 – 4pm on Sunday 4^th October.

Subject to the weather conditions we will also have gazebos outside and on the balcony

The Event will go ahead even if it is just within the clubhouse

How can you help  ?

Please support the event: 

1. Come along on the day ( it’s all day event, so you can come along before or after your football/rugby/hockey matches!)
2. Promote the event for us – Share the info on Facebook, take a poster into your school and ask if it can be displayed
3. If you are a craft seller, book a table in the clubhouse to promote your sales ( phone 01425 619452 for more info)
4. Bake some cakes for the cake stall

Sunday 25^th October:   10 -1pm  - Bashley Village Hall

Table Top Sale   ( Think indoor car boot sale)…….. would you like to book a table and stay warm and dry whilst selling ?

Bashley CC will have books stalls, Bric a brac, craft stall etc

Saturday 28^th November:  ( all day – New Milton Christmas Festival Market)

We will be taking the Junior tombola items, a raffle and other items to this market to promote the Club and hopefully raise some funds.

Quiz nights, fire-work night, Senior Presentation evening

A Fund –raising swim ( an endurance swim, and the brain-child of Libby Pardoe)
